Quick Shots Propaganda: Leave 'Em Alone!

So about a decade ago now (wow!), there were a couple ads using old stars computer-added into new commercials. So, Fred Astaire ended up dancing with a vacuum cleaner and John Wayne sold beer. Well, needless to say, there was one heck of an outcry.

So why do I bring this up now? Well, there are a few propaganda ads out that use classic Disney characters to brainwash children. One ad is "save the oceans!" using characters from The Little Mermaid. The other is "save the forest!" using characters from Bambi. Finally, Tinkerbell and some other fairies talk about using energy wisely.

Do we really need to brainwash kids? Frankly, if I ever had to set a V-Chip, I would rather block those crappy propaganda pieces. Regarding the cartoons, I say, "Save our movies!" Leave 'em alone!
