Congress and Drowning: A Cautionary Tale
So I was thinking this morning and I came up with a metaphor that just works.
See, Congress keeps trying to save the market and of course, they end up making things worse. So I was thinking, what is this similar too? Here's what I came up with.
See, Congress trying to save the markets is like a fat man seeing a person drowning, deciding to help out by jumping in and holding on to the person for dear life in the hopes of saving them. If you imagine someone holding you as you were trying to stay afloat, you can see that drowning is about the only thing you can look forward to experiencing.
I thought this idea worked out pretty well. What do you think?
