Would the Racists Just Shut Up?

So, in a Monday night NFL game, one of the referees supposedly called a black player "boy." Now, many people are coming out saying how this is racist. Except, only one thing. The ref himself was black.

So here is what I want to know. In a hockey game (almost all of the players and refs are white), do the refs ever say "Okay boys, break it up" when a fight starts? Do they ever use the word "boys?" That is what I want to know.

Let's keep some perspective here. Then again, did the guy even say this? Who knows? But let's stop pulling out the race card every time some black person gets offended. It just makes the claim seem that much less. Remember what our parents always said about the boy who cried wolf; if everything turns into race, then really nothing is about race. Just something to remember.
