Nudity, PETA, and Losing Weight: Be Careful of Uninted Marketing Slogan Meanings

So, once again, a star is baring all a PETA advertisement. Hmm...is it just me, or is Alicia Silverstone getting nude for PETA "degrading to women?" (Isn't that the line the feminists always used against Playboy women?) Alas, more than likely, this is more talk than show. (Hehe) I doubt that Silverstone will actually show any nudity, but because she doesn't have clothes on, she is technically nude.

Now, I guess Silverstone is saying that becoming a vegetarian has made her lose weight. I just have one question. Did she have a personal trainer at all during the time she lost said weight? Cause, this might just be me remembering this, but people on the Atkins Diet ate nothing but animals and they lost weight. Then again, people can eat whatever they want and as long as they work out for like 15 hours a day, they can lose weight too. Actually, to be really, really mean and to be kinda accurate, perhaps this vegetarian food was so nasty that it made Silverstone either not want to eat it or to develop a case of unplanned bulimia because she couldn't keep the stuff down. (See what happens when you analyze an idiotic marketing campaign?)

By the way, I wonder if any anti-porn filters are going off because I wrote this post. Oh well. I have seen stories about this photo and TV shoot on Yahoo! and IMDB so who cares?
