Aww, So Sad. Leo DiCrapio Doesn't Like the 2008 Presidential Candidates
Wow, the stuff that passes for news. Even for entertainment news, this is kinda out there. So yeah, turns out Leo DiCrapio is not a big fan of the Democrat candidates. (For those of you who needed to hear this, have no fear. You may continue your lives knowing that Leo is still alive - unfortunately - and that he is not campaigning yet.)
See, here is what I don't get. Who cares? Honestly, are there people out there who will keel over and die if they don't hear Leo news? I mean, Leo is an actor. Now, finding out that Jimmy Peanut Carter isn't impressed might mean something. But Leo? Did I miss something? Was the movie Titanic real so that Leo became "king of the world?" (Har har, I know the Titanic was real.)
Well, perhaps we need some more Hilton or Lohan news. I mean, at least when they get arrested it is kinda funny. But Leo? I swear, did I enter The Twilight Zone or something? So yeah, when I actually read the whole short blurb, turns out Leo is unimpressed with the leading candidates' environmental policies. I think this quote sums up the entire problem with the religion of the environment folks.
I'm waiting for the right questions to be asked, and for these candidates to give really clear responses to what they're going to do in a tangible way - not a lot of rhetoric. I want to hear hardcore facts.Ain't we all Leo, ain't we all? (I was never good at recognizing irony. Is this ironic that Leo is complaining about a lack of facts when the whole environmental movement is based on a lack of facts, just empty rhetoric? If it isn't, it is still kinda funny.) Too bad I can't ask Leo to give me hardcore facts explaining how global warming is man-made, proof global warming exists, and actual evidence that humans are worse than volcanoes. I also am waiting for some enviro-nut to explain how the Ice Age ended and Michigan ended up not covered in ice. I know how non-enviro-nut scientists explain it, but I want to hear Leo or one of his ilk's explanation. See, somehow where I live right now was covered in ice and now it isn't, but there weren't any humans around driving SUVs.
Oh well. At least I might have saved a life by bringing the Leo story to you. (If you would have died without this info, please don't tell me. I don't think I could stop from laughing in your face.) I do have one quick question for everyone to ponder. If Leo picks a candidate to support, will he fly in a private jet to campaign for the person? Ouch, asking if an enviro-nut would stop from polluting. I will be in trouble for questioning their actions for sure.
