Media Dummies

Excuse me, but there are some really dumb people in the media. Exactly how will a conservative President reshape the Supreme Court after losing a conservative and a should-be conservative on the court? At best, he will be able to nominate two fully conservative justices. Can that really be called "reshaping" the court? Now, had the communist wench or the really old dude died, then the President would be able to replace a leftist wacko with a conservative and, in that case, reshape the court away from leftists who don't consult the Constitution to conservatives who will. (Mind you, the court is supposed to interpret the Constitution, not rewrite laws based on foreign rulings, as some justices have done lately. Well, that is if they did the job as outlined in the Constitution, but they haven't read that so how the hell would they know?)
